About the Role:
As Cleaning Manager, you’ll ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the store, manage rotas, oversee team performance, and act as the point of contact for store management. This is a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming shopping environment for all.
Contract Details:
Duration: Minimum 6 months
Pay: £14 per hour
Shifts:
Monday to Saturday: 5:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Monday to Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of cleaners across early morning and evening shifts
Ensure cleaning standards meet client and store expectations
Conduct regular audits and inspections
Manage stock levels of cleaning materials and equipment
Liaise with on-site store managers and your area support team
Ensure health & safety policies and COSHH regulations are followed
