Job summary

TCFM is seeking a Site Manager to lead cleaning operations at a new Gym and Leisure Centre in Bishops Cleeve. The role involves managing day-to-day site activities, ensuring high cleaning standards and responding to client needs with reliability and professionalism.

You will oversee rotas, liaise with Area Manager, uphold safety standards, and support onboarding of new staff while promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning or facilities experience.
• Reliable, punctual and flexible – able to adapt to shifting site demands.
• Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work independently under own initiative.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety standards and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the effective delivery of cleaning services across the site.
• Cover site absence and ensure consistency in cleaning standards and client satisfaction.
• Maintain strong communication with site teams and respond proactively to operational needs and issues.
• Ensure work is carried out in compliance with Health & Safety regulations (including COSHH where applicable).
• Take ownership of maintaining site audits, cleanliness checks and ensuring statutory compliance.
• Assist with onboarding/training new cleaning staff where needed.
• Help promote a culture of excellence, professionalism, safety and attention to detail.
• Managing rotas and reviewing hours to ensure budgets are maintained.
• Ensuring colleagues have the tools, training and support they need to succeed.
• Making sure all company policies, processes and compliance standards are followed.
• Building and maintaining strong, open relationships with our customers.

About The Role

Location: Bishops Cleeve, GL52 7BQ

Salary Details:
£15.00 per hour, 37.5 hours per week

5/7 days per week including weekends

We are seeking a dedicatedSite Manager to join our team at a new Gym and Leisure Centre. This role is all about supporting our site cleaning operations, maintaining high standards, and ensuring clients’ expectations are met or exceeded. You’ll work closely with the Area Manager, helping maintain service consistency, and being a point of quality and reliability in our cleaning delivery. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day operations across your site
