Job summary

TC Facilities Management is hiring a Site Cleaning Manager for the Toddington site. The role combines hands-on cleaning with team leadership, ensuring high standards are delivered on-site while actively participating in cleaning duties alongside the team.

You will train and develop staff, manage performance, and uphold health and COSHH compliance. Shift times vary; 40 hours per week, with weekend rotation, and a salary of £16 per hour.

About The Role

Site Cleaning Manager

Location: Toddington (you will need to drive due to location)
Hours: 40 hours per week (5 out of 7 days, inc some weekends on rotation)
Shift Options: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 or 10:00-18:00
Salary: £16.00 per hour
Type: Permanent

About the Role

TC Facilities Management are looking for a Site Cleaning Manager who is ready to lead by example every day. This isn’t a purely office-based or purely supervisory role — you’ll be actively involved in cleaning work alongside your team, ensuring standards are met and maintained on site as much as you manage them.

This is a hands-on role — you will clean as well as manage.
You’ll support, train and develop your team, but also get stuck in with cleaning duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for:

Customer & Site Focus

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the customer.
• Ensure agreed specifications and quality standards are consistently delivered.

About You

• Enjoys hands-on cleaning as well as team leadership.
• Is organised, reliable and ready to take responsibility.
• Has a practical approach to getting things done.
• Can motivate others and lead by example.
• Has a positive “can-do” attitude.

Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is desirable but not essential — your practical mindset and work ethic matter most.
