Job Title: Window Cleaning /IPAF Operative - Must be able to work at height
Location: Birmingham (with national travel required)
Hours: Full-time, 40–50 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Green Light Recruitment are seeking a window cleaning operative for our client, they are one of the UK’s biggest self-delivered window cleaning companies, providing specialist services to clients nationwide.

Role Overview

This is a full-time role based in Birmingham, but you will also be required to travel across the UK (within a 200-mile radius). Travel and accommodation will be provided, and you will be paid from the time you leave your home until you return home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out professional window cleaning across a range of commercial properties
• Operate MEWPs, spider lifts, and van-mounted platforms (training provided if required)
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Work away from home when required (hotel accommodation provided)

Requirements:

• IPAF 3a/3b/1b certification (advantageous but not essential – training provided)
• Experience using spider lifts and van-mounted MEWPs is desirable
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay away during the week as required
• Reliable, hardworking, and committed to safety standards
