Job summary

Compass Group UK&I Defence division is recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant - Zero Hours on a permanent casual basis. You will support cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers, performing dusting, sweeping, mopping, and sanitising surfaces, and restocking supplies.

We value a hands-on, flexible worker who can adapt to a zero-hours rota and deliver excellent customer service at all levels.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Able to work flexibly in zero-hours rota.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for clients and customers.
• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping, and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard.
• Ensuring surface areas, floors, windows, and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly.
• Performing additional cleaning duties as and when required, such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently.
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste.
• Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies.
