The role
As a Cleaning Coordinator at London Stansted Airport, you will be the first point of contact for any cleaning issues. You will lead deep cleaning projects from a technical and planning perspective, support the Duty Cleaning Supervisor with the operational delivery of cleaning standards, and monitor attendance and performance of the cleaning team. The role involves administrative tasks, maintaining a visible presence on the floor, mentoring senior cleaning operatives, and promoting innovative cleaning practices using industry techniques.
