About the Role

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that opportunity. While we aim to accommodate your preferences, late and weekend work is a requirement, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

In retail, we prioritize excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working with the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.

About You

You should be friendly and proactive, eager to work with your team to achieve great results. An enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments is important. Full training will be provided, including operating cleaning machinery. You will care about providing a great shopping experience by maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store. Good communication skills are essential to respond promptly to requests and handle customer queries.
