About the Role

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that flexibility. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

There's a role for everyone in retail. We prioritize excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. We work as a team to deliver great shopping experiences through clean and well-maintained stores. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working alongside the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.

About You

You should be naturally friendly, eager to contribute, and willing to learn new skills across different departments. Full training will be provided, including how to operate cleaning machinery. You will care about providing customers with a great shopping experience by maintaining the highest cleaning standards inside and outside the store. Strong communication skills are essential to respond promptly to unexpected requests and handle customer queries effectively.
