About the Role

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work is a requirement of the role, and flexibility is appreciated.

There's a role for everyone in retail. We prioritize excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and ‘extra special' products. We work as a team to deliver a great shopping experience through clean and well-maintained stores. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working alongside the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.

About You

You should be friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve great results. An enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments is essential. Full training, including operation of cleaning machinery, will be provided.

You will care about providing customers with a great shopping experience by maintaining the highest cleaning standards both inside and outside the store. Strong communication skills are important to respond promptly to unexpected requests and handle customer queries effectively.
