About the Role

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which requires flexible shift patterns. We work with you to accommodate your shifts, but late and weekend work are essential aspects of the role, and flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

There is a role for everyone in retail. We prioritize our customers with excellent service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. We work as a team to deliver a great shopping experience through clean and well-maintained stores. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and collaborating with the store team to uphold the highest standards for our customers.

You are naturally friendly and eager to contribute, working with your team to achieve great results. You have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments. Full training will be provided, including how to operate cleaning machinery. You care about providing customers with a great shopping experience by maintaining high cleaning standards inside and outside the store. You are a strong communicator, able to respond promptly to unexpected requests and handle customer queries effectively.
