About the Role

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work is a requirement, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

There's a role for everyone in retail. We prioritize our customers with excellent service, welcoming stores, and ‘extra special' products. We work as a team to deliver a great shopping experience through clean and well-maintained stores. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working alongside the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.

About You

You'll be naturally friendly, eager to learn, and work well with your team to deliver results. You'll have an enthusiastic approach to learning new skills across different departments. Full training will be provided, including how to operate cleaning machinery. You will care about providing customers with a great shopping experience by maintaining high cleaning standards both inside and outside the store. You should be a strong communicator, capable of responding promptly to unexpected requests and handling customer queries effectively.
