About the Role

Our stores operate 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role offers that opportunity. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work is a requirement, and flexibility may be needed.

There's a role for everyone in retail. We focus on excellent customer service, welcoming stores, and 'extra special' products. As a Cleaning Colleague, you will be responsible for completing daily cleaning tasks and working with the store team to maintain high standards for our customers.

About You

You'll be friendly, eager to learn, and work well with your team to achieve great results. Enthusiasm for learning new skills across departments is important. Full training, including operation of cleaning machinery, will be provided. You will care about delivering a great shopping experience by maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store. Strong communication skills are essential to respond promptly to requests and handle customer queries effectively.
