Job description

Overview

Are you looking for a new challenge and want to be a part of our amazing team? We are currently recruiting Cleaning/Catering Assistants to help us keep our hospital clean, and our patients fed. With a new hourly rate of £12.51 per hour on weekdays, £17.63ph for weekday nights (after 8pm) & Saturdays, and £22.89ph for Sundays and Bank Holidays, there isn’t a better time to join the team!

We are currently recruiting to:

• Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 14:00 - 32.5 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - 13:30 - 20:00 - 30 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - 14:00 - 19:00 - 25 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - 06:30 - 09:30 - 15 hours per week
• Monday to Friday - 17:00 - 21:00 - 20 hours per week

You will be helping to support the clinical team in delivering a high standard of patient service and clinical care, while maintaining a safe, clean & hygienic environment and providing a catering service to inpatients. Your main responsibilities include cleaning the hospital to the required standard following NHS cleaning protocols, leading in the cleaning of clinical and non-clinical areas, and serving food to patients as part of a basic catering service.
