Job Details

• Position: Cleaning Assistant | 8037 | permanent contract
• Hours: 22.2 hours per week
• Salary: £14,193 per annum
• Grade: A
• Location: Norwich

Responsibilities

Work as part of a team to ensure the cleanliness of all Front of House and communal back of House areas of Norwich Museum Sites.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in cleaning in busy public buildings
• Good communication skills and customer awareness
• Outgoing, willing to undertake training, and able to learn on the job
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace (advantageous)
• Polite, able to work independently and as part of a small team
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks to a high standard

Additional Information

Museum experience is not required, and there is no upper age limit. The working days are varied, including weekends, bank holidays, and occasional evenings, on a two-week rota.

Shift Pattern

• Week 1: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 0800-1600
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday 0800-1600
