Hours: 3 hours a week with opportunity to work more hours - 2x 1.5 hour shifts (8:30-10 morning), 3x 1 hour shifts (9-10 morning), or 1x 3 hour shift (8am).

Salary: £9.50 - £12.50 per Hour

Our Cleaning Assistants provide excellent service by being part of the store team and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across the store.

The role of Cleaning Assistant involves:

• Maintaining cleanliness in both front and back of house areas
• Excellent attention to detail
• Performing tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, surface cleaning, floor polishing, and cleaning of kitchenette and bathroom areas
• Using heavy floor polishing buffer machine
• Being responsible for your own and colleagues' health and safety
• Taking reasonable care of health and safety, cooperating with the employer on safety matters
• Not misusing safety equipment and following safety instructions and training
• Reporting hazards, defects, accidents, injuries, or near misses

What you’ll need to succeed

• Confident and clear communication skills
• Passion for retail and customer service
• Willingness to learn and improve skills
• Optional: Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided)
• Flexibility in working hours and adaptability to change
