Zusammenfassung

ADMK Limited is seeking a part-time Cleaning Assistant for Milton Keynes University Hospital's Oak Ward. The role supports a high-quality cleaning service, ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment. Core hours are Saturdays and Sundays, with an 08:00-15:30 span; interview date is 16 November 2026.

Applicants should have GCSEs and cleaning certificates; NHS experience is a plus. Sponsorship is not available for this role and a DBS check is required.

Qualifikationen

• GCSE level education or equivalent required.
• NVQ level 2 Cleaning preferred.
• Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Infection Control certificates beneficial.
• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Suction cleaning and dust control sweeping.
• Damp and wet mopping.
• In line with hospital policy, conduct deep/periodic cleaning as required.
• Assist with exit and terminal cleans per instructions.
• General duties including curtain changes and cleaning equipment.

Job responsibilities

Suction clean & dust control sweeping Damp and wet mopping

Deep Cleaning/Periodic Cleaning:

Person Specification

Qualifications and knowledge

• General education to GCSE or equivalent
• Basic food hygiene certificate
• NVQ level 2 Cleaning
• Basic infection Control certificate

Experience

• Previous cleaning experience
• Infection control experience
• Previous experience of working in the NHS
