Position Details

• Responsible to: Operations Manager
• Salary: Competitive + Overtime
• Benefits: Company Van, Mobile Phone & iPad
• Hours: Full-time, min. 40 hours/week, permanent
• Schedule: Flexible according to needs
• Location: Swindon - covering South West Region

Purpose

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of contracts across London and the South East
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Manage cleaning personnel

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to client communications
• Arrange and conduct regular client meetings and inspections
• Manage site visits for quality checks
• Ensure health and safety compliance
• Coordinate with managers and supervisors
• Participate in hiring and training staff
• Monitor equipment, uniforms, and stock levels

Candidate Requirements

• Previous cleaning management experience
