Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a highly organised Cleaning Area Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites in the UK. You will plan, lead, and develop teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation while managing budgets and client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, effective problem-solving, and the ability to travel between stores as needed, with a valid UK driving license.

About The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a highly organised and motivated Cleaning Area Manager to oversee and manage the cleaning operations.

The Cleaning Area Manager will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall appearance of facilities in their area. This role involves strategic planning, team management, and continuous improvement to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinate and manage cleaning staff to optimise efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning personnel.
