The Role:

As an Account Manager, you will be a pivotal part of our operations, overseeing a portfolio of commercial cleaning accounts across Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing commercial cleaning clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and effectively resolve any issues that arise.
  • Oversee the recruitment and training of cleaning staff for your accounts.
  • Conduct regular audits of cleaning accounts to ensure high standards are consistently met.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a willingness to assist with cleaning duties when required to support the team.
