Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Cleaner (Zero Hours) to help ensure the smooth running of operations in Defence. This permanent casual role is contracted to 0 hours per week and involves cleaning duties across designated areas within our facilities team.

You will dust, sweep, mop, polish and vacuum to a high standard, sanitise touchpoints, and restock supplies. The role offers hands-on work with opportunities to progress within the company and be rewarded for going beyond expectations.

Qualifications

• Have had cleaning experience in a similar role, although this is not essential
• Have a flexible approach to working
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Dusting, sweeping, polishing, mopping and vacuuming designated areas to a high standard
• Ensuring surfaces, floors, windows and other touchpoints are sanitised regularly
• Performing additional cleaning duties such as mopping up spillages quickly and efficiently
• Emptying and disposing of bin waste
• Monitoring and re-stocking cleaning supplies
• Working alongside our cleaning and facilities teams to keep environments safe and hygienic for every client and customer
