Job summary

Pareto FM is seeking a reliable Cleaning Operative focused on window cleaning across our client site(s). You will deliver window cleaning and other cleaning duties to a high standard, working safely while maintaining service quality.

You will follow schedules, use the Jobber system to review and complete work, and keep supervisors updated. You will wear PPE, maintain equipment, and report any issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Previous window cleaning experience would be highly advantageous.
• A good understanding of safe working practices when carrying out cleaning duties.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out window cleaning in line with agreed cleaning specifications and schedules.
• Completing all work in accordance with health & safety requirements and safe working procedures.
• Reviewing and completing allocated work through the Jobber system.
• Keeping your Supervisor or Line Manager updated on progress and any changes or issues on site.
• Ensuring cleaning equipment, products and materials are used correctly, maintained and stored safely.
• Identifying and reporting any cleaning, maintenance or safety concerns.
• Wearing the appropriate uniform and PPE and representing Pareto FM professionally at all times.
• Carrying out other reasonable cleaning duties in line with the needs of the site.

Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and professional Cleaning Operative to join our team, with a particular focus on window cleaning across our client site(s).

You’ll be responsible for delivering window cleaning and associated cleaning duties to a high standard, working safely and professionally while helping us maintain the quality of service our clients expect.

What you'll be doing

• Carrying out window cleaning in line with agreed cleaning specifications and schedules.

• Completing all work in accordance with health & safety requirements and safe working procedures.

• Reviewing and completing allocated work through the Jobber system.

• Keeping your Supervisor or Line Manager updated on progress and any changes or issues on site.

• Ensuring cleaning equipment, products and materials are used correctly, maintained and stored safely.

• Identifying and reporting any cleaning, maintenance or safety concerns.

• Using your initiative to resolve straightforward issues where appropriate.

• Maintaining consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

• Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues, contractors and visitors when required.

• Wearing the appropriate uniform and PPE and representing Pareto FM professionally at all times.

• Supporting other members of the cleaning team when required.

• Carrying out other reasonable cleaning duties in line with the needs of the site.

What we're looking for

Health & Safety

Safety is an important part of this role. You'll be expected to follow all relevant health & safety procedures, use equipment and cleaning products correctly, wear the appropriate PPE and report any hazards or concerns promptly.
