Norse Cleaning Division works in partnership with a number of clients across East Anglia, providing a comprehensive range of professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas. We are looking to recruit a cleaner for our Head Office, Unity Place in Norwich near the Airport.

The role

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Cleaning and maintaining designated areas - mopping, hoovering, wiping down, emptying bins.
2. Building relationships with on-site clients.
3. Carrying out routine checks and adhering to health and safety protocols.
4. Reporting any issues or defects on site.

Our Successful Candidate:

We ideally seek candidates with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, along with:

• Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
• Excellent communication skills capable of building relationships with clients.
• Confidence in working independently and using initiative.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
