Job Description:

Cleaner at The Forest

Norse, in partnership with Barnsley Borough Council, delivers high-quality cleaning services across local areas. We are recruiting a part-time Cleaner for The Forest, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 3 to 5 pm.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning floors and rooms (dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming)
  • Emptying bins, cleaning restrooms, maintaining sanitation stations
  • Building relationships with on-site clients
  • Adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • Reporting any defects or damages
Our Successful Candidate:

Ideally, you will have previous cleaning or caretaking experience, along with:

  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety
  • Strong communication skills for client interactions
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
