Qualifications

• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working, key-holder duties and using an alarm panel where applicable.
• Use of site telephone time and attendance clocking system is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Cleaning washrooms and communal areas where required.
• Replenishing consumables and reporting stock or maintenance issues.
• Following site-specific health, safety and security procedures.
