Starting at £6,873.07 (Level one), increasing annually to £6,979.59 (Level two) and £7,091.71 (Level three). (FTE £23,656 - £24,404 per annum, pro rata for part-time)

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be part of our School Cleaning Team, acting as the cleaner in charge. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning staff, ensuring they have the necessary materials, monitoring standards, providing training, managing attendance, and organizing cover as needed.

You will also be responsible for stock management, communication with staff, and working closely with the FM Team Leader. Full training will be provided.

Main Duties

1. Ensure high standards and exceptional service delivery.
2. Monitor absence and punctuality.
3. Conduct induction and refresher training for cleaning staff.
4. Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
5. Clean tables, surfaces, and touch points.
6. Maintain toilet and washroom areas.
7. Replenish consumables like soap, towels, and toilet paper.
8. Empty waste bins.
9. Operate vacuum cleaners, scrubbers, and rotary machines.
10. Perform high and low-level dusting.

An enhanced DBS check is required for this regulated activity.
