Family Adventures Group is hiring a reliable cleaner for Little Adventures Nursery in Bristol. This role covers cleaning 2 hours per evening, Mon–Fri, total 10 hours per week, paid at £12.71 per hour.

You’ll maintain a safe, hygienic environment for children and support daily operations of the nursery. Experience in nursery or school cleaning is preferred; applicants should be detail-oriented, independent, and committed to safeguarding and health and safety standards.

• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning procedures.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a nursery or school.

The Role

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a clean, safe and hygienic environment for young children.

Working 2 hours each evening (Monday to Friday), you will help ensure our nursery is cleaned to a high standard ready for the next day, supporting the health, wellbeing and safety of the children and team.

Key responsibilities include

• Cleaning nursery rooms, play areas and shared spaces.
• Emptying bins and maintaining tidy learning environments.
• Wiping and disinfecting surfaces, tables, toys, touchpoints and kitchen areas.
• Cleaning toilets, nappy changing areas and replenishing supplies.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Ensuring cleaning products are stored safely and securely.
• Reporting low stock, maintenance issues or any concerns to management.
