Job summary

Essential Employment is seeking a part-time cleaner in Nottingham, working 6am to 8am for 10 hours per week. The role is temporary and subject to Enhanced DBS checks. Duties include daily cleaning, use of cleaning equipment, and basic site communications.

Responsibilities

• General daily cleaning tasks including waste bin emptying, carpet suction, dusting, floor care and washroom cleaning.
• Operate electrical cleaning equipment as required.
• Clean after emergencies (floods) and spillages.
• Communicate with site supervisor and colleagues effectively.
• Maintain paperwork and administrative records as required.

10hrs per week6am until 8am

Subject to Enhanced DBS

1. 1. General daily cleaning tasks which include emptying waste bins, suction cleaning carpets, dust damp wiping, floor maintenance and washroom cleaning.
2. 2. Using electrical equipment where required and includes suction cleaning machines and floor maintenance machinery
3. 3. Cleaning after emergency situations (eg floods) and cleaning bodily fluid spillages.
4. 4. Effective communication with the designated site representative and other cleaning colleagues where appropriate.
5. 5. Ensuring allocated paperwork and administrative systems are kept up to date at all times

Mon - friday, Term time only.

This is a part time role on a temporary contract basis.
