Nottingham City Council is seeking a Cleaner in Charge to supervise the cleaning operations at Rosehill School. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of cleanliness, manage supplies, and train the cleaning team, contributing to a positive environment for staff and students.

Working Hours:10 hours per week

Salary: Starting Salary is £24,790 - £25,584 per annum £5,763.07 (Level one) rising yearly to £5,852.76 (Level two) and £5,946.95 (Level three) pro-rata for part-time)

About the Role
The successful applicant will form an important part of our existing School Cleaning Team. As the cleaner in charge, you will be responsible for the cleaning staff on site, ensuring that they have the materials and equipment they require on a day-to-day basis to enable them to carry out their duties to a high standard. You will be required to monitor the standards throughout the school, give training and support to the cleaning staff, monitor attendance and organise any cover required in the school.
You will be responsible for monitoring and ordering stock, ensuring we have the required levels to deliver the service. Communicate with on-site staff, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and working closely with the FM Team Leader.
Full training will be provided to enable you to carry out your role.
