Job description

Here at Host and Stay we are always looking for dedicated and friendly people to clean and look after our portfolio of properties across Whitby, helping our owners to maintain their high quality properties, and to ensure our guests receive the very best customer service whilst staying with us.

This is a 16 hour contract. Experience is not essential as full training will be provided. To work with us we need you to be available on our main changeover days, which areMondays, Fridays and Sundays as this is where the 16 hours will lie with weekdays available as overtime too.

We also have zero hour contracts available.

It is essential that you drive and have access to your own vehicle as we travel between properties in our daily cleaning work - travel time is paid for this. The properties are located in and around theWhitby area.

Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly cleaning the properties between guests. This includes but is not exclusive to, hoovering, dusting, polishing, tidying

• The changing of linen between guests

• Ensuring andmaintainingthe presentation of houses for guests and owners.

• Stock control of household basics/essentials.

• Reporting any necessary maintenance issues or replacements.

• As well as the main duties, the role will also include overlooking and managing the finer details unique to each property.

Requirements:

• Full driving license and access to own vehicle to travel to properties (if you have a disability, we will explore reasonable adjustments with you)

• Good team spirit

• An ability to work individually and as part of a team

• Ideally have availability on Mondays, Fridays and Sundays
