Mearns Cleaning Services - Job Opportunity

Mearns Cleaning Services is looking for reliable, friendly, and flexible cleaners/housekeepers to help us deliver high standards of cleaning to our customers. As we continue to grow, flexibility is essential. Our clients come from all walks of life; we assist the elderly, busy parents, and professionals in keeping their homes and businesses clean.

As a family-run company, we value a flexible and friendly working environment where employees enjoy coming to work and feel rewarded. This position is suitable for someone seeking long-term, part-time work. Working hours are typically between 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, depending on the day, so the ability to start at 8am is required.

We are expanding and looking for individuals interested in progressing into full-time or senior roles. Compensation is paid via employed PAYE:

• £12.50 for regular hours
• £14 for early morning/late evening shifts (7pm-7am, commercial only)
• £16 for deep cleaning (end of tenancy)
