Cleaner – Hendon Library

Location: London

Salary: £12.97 per hour

Hours: 10 hours per week

Norse Cleaning Division partners with various clients across East Anglia, providing professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas.

We are currently recruiting a part-time Cleaner for Hendon Library. The role involves working 10 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, from 05:00 to 07:00.

The Role

You will be responsible for performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your tasks will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining designated areas—mopping, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and emptying bins.
  • Building relationships with on-site clients.
  • Carrying out routine checks and adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Reporting issues or defects on-site.
Our Successful Candidate

Ideally, you will have previous cleaning or caretaking experience. Additionally, you should possess:

  • Knowledge of basic site health & safety.
  • Excellent communication skills for building relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
