Job title: Cleaner - Healthcare | Rate of pay: £12.21 per hour | Hours: 15 hours per week | Contract: Permanent | Type of employment: Part Time

Location: HCT NHS, Cheshunt Community Hospital, King Arthur Road, Cheshunt, Waltham Cross, Greater London, EN8 8XN

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You will ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA commitments while adhering to the cleaning schedules. You should help maintain the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further. You will build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and continuously seek ways to improve and exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer in a healthcare setting.
• Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA requirements while following cleaning schedules.
• Maintain the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to improve and develop it further.
• Build positive, productive working relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work on own initiative where appropriate; be reliable, hardworking and professional; able to follow a schedule and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred; training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
• Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.
