Job Title: Cleaner - Healthcare. Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour. Contract: Permanent. Type of Employment: Part Time. Location: Herts HPFT NHS, Warren Court Woodside Road, Abbots Langley, Hertfordshire, England, WD5 0HT.

We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer, ensuring the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to the cleaning schedules.
• Contribute to maintaining a hospital reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further where possible.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work with own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.
• Be able to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.
