Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division. The role covers Slough, Bracknell and Reading, delivering a high-quality cleaning service to communal areas on residential estates.

Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to work Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm. Pinnacle Group is a market-leading provider of housing, neighbourhood and workplace services with a people-first culture.

• Cleaning and maintaining communal internal and external areas, including entrances, stairwells, corridors, landings and bin stores.
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting and litter picking to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Carrying out routine inspections of communal areas and reporting any health and safety concerns, damage or maintenance issues.
• Managing waste and recycling areas, including bin rotations and ensuring refuse areas are kept clean and tidy.
• Working to agreed cleaning schedules and service standards while delivering a professional and reliable service to residents and visitors.
• Using the provided work vehicles to travel between sites.

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our Soft Facilities Management Division across Slough, Bracknell and Reading. Working across residential estates, you will play an important role in maintaining clean, safe and well-presented communal areas for residents and visitors. You will be responsible for delivering a high‑quality cleaning service ensuring communal spaces are maintained to a consistently high standard.

Our Soft Facilities Management division delivers essential services to homes, schools, universities and public sector organisations – including housing providers and blue light authorities. We focus on creating clean, safe and welcoming environments, with a commitment to quality, community impact and customer care.

• A full UK Driving Licence held for a minimum of 1 year.
