Job summary

Buzz Bingo in Bristol Fishponds Club is seeking a Specialist Cleaner & Customer Assistant for a 20-hour contract. Availability 8am–3pm, including weekends, is required to maintain a clean and welcoming gaming environment for customers.

You will handle daily cleaning across the Club areas, follow COSHH and safety guidelines, work with colleagues to support customers, and contribute to a safe, enjoyable experience across our live and online channels.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in routine cleaning work.
• Good knowledge of cleaning materials.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Able to perform the physical tasks required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the full range of cleaning duties as directed by Club management.
• Adhere to COSHH regulations in relation to the use of chemicals.
• Use cleaning equipment safely and within Health and Safety guidelines.
• Maintain a professional relationship with Customers and Colleagues.
• Help create a Safer Gambling Environment across channels.

Join us as a Specialist Cleaner & Customer Assistant in our Bristol Fishponds Club offering a 20 Hour contract. Please ensure that you have availability between 8am and 3pm when applying for this role, which does include weekends.

The Role You'll Play

As Specialist Cleaner, you provide an effective and efficient cleaning service in our Clubs, to provide Customers with a clean gaming environment and to make sure we comply with our standards of cleanliness. This covers all areas of the Club, including the foyer, reception, book sales, machines area, bar area, main hall, toilets and Bingo Garden.
