Job summary

MSS Infrastructure Ltd is seeking a reliable Construction Site Cleaner to join a Tier One contractor on an ongoing basis in the Stockport and Manchester area. A valid CSCS card and a full UK driving licence are essential, along with own transport to travel between sites.

Rate is £13.14 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella). The role involves working across multiple sites, with duties covering cleaning, waste removal, and maintaining safe, tidy areas in a busy construction environment.

Qualifications

• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Own transport and ability to travel between sites is essential.
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally on construction sites, is preferred.
• Awareness of construction site health and safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties across construction sites.
• Maintain clean, safe working areas including welfare facilities and shared spaces.
• Remove rubbish and construction waste in line with site procedures.
• Keep access routes, offices and designated work areas clean and organised.
• Travel between different sites as required.
• Follow site health and safety procedures and wear PPE.

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Construction Site Cleaner to join a Tier One contractor on an ongoing basis in the Stockport and Manchester area.

This role involves travelling between multiple construction sites, so a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The successful candidate must also hold a valid CSCS card and be comfortable working in a busy construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties across construction sites.
• Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas, including welfare facilities and shared spaces.
• Remove rubbish and construction waste in line with site procedures.
• Keep access routes, offices and designated work areas clean and organised.
• Travel between different sites as required.
• Follow site health and safety procedures and wear the correct PPE.
• Work alongside site teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.

Essential Requirements

• Valid CSCS card.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own transport and ability to travel between sites.
• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within construction.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.
• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
