Job summary

McGinley Support Services Infrastructure Ltd is recruiting a Cleaner with a CSCS card for construction sites in Stockport and Manchester. The role requires travelling between sites, holding a valid CSCS card and a Full UK driving licence, with access to transport.

Cleaner with CSCS Card - Construction Sites

Location: Stockport, Manchester

Pay Rate: £13.14 per hour (PAYE or Umbrella)

We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking

Construction Site Cleaner to join a Tier One contractor on an ongoing basis in the Stockport and Manchester area.

This role involves travelling between multiple construction sites, so

a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. The successful candidate must also hold a valid CSCS card and be comfortable working in a busy construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general cleaning duties across construction sites.


• Maintain clean, tidy and safe working areas, including welfare facilities and shared spaces.


• Remove rubbish and construction waste in line with site procedures.


• Keep access routes, offices and designated work areas clean and organised.


• Travel between different sites as required.


• Follow site health and safety procedures and wear the correct PPE.


• Work alongside site teams to maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping.


• Valid CSCS card.


• Full UK driving licence.


• Own transport and ability to travel between sites.


• Previous cleaning experience, ideally within construction.


• Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude.


• Good understanding of construction site health and safety.
