Salary: £12.70 per hour

Hours per week: 20

Weeks per Annum: 52

Working pattern: 4 hours per day (06:00 am - 10:00am Monday-Friday)

We are looking to recruit a self-motivated, committed, and responsible person with good oral and spoken communication skills to join our Estates and Capital Development team as a Cleaner. Working as part of the cleaning team, you will assist in maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and security of the site.

Responsibilities:

• Duties include cleaning of all internal areas of the college to a high standard following the college's cleaning specification and procedures.

Essential Experience:

• You will have a flexible approach to time and duties and be able to work as part of a team or on your own.
• You will have the ability to work following instructions and using own initiative.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning, although full training will be provided.
• You should have an eye for detail and have a hands-on approach to duties.
• Additionally, the successful candidate must have a driving licence and own a car.
