Who are Acis Group?

We began as a social landlord providing homes in West Lindsey. Now we provide over 7,000 affordable homes across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber. Our homes include affordable rent, Shared Ownership, housing for people aged 55 and over, and supported housing. We are committed to supporting our communities through wider services, including education and employment support via Riverside Training and CLIP.

This role is 8 hours per week, paying £11.44 per hour. The hours are split as follows: Mon - Thurs 1.5 hours/day and 2 hours on Friday. We prefer a 7am start but can be flexible.

As a cleaner, your typical duties include:

• Ensuring our site is clean and ready for use
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Locking and unlocking sites outside operational hours
• Working independently to meet standards

We are looking for:

• Experience in cleaning in a corporate or customer-facing environment
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including handling equipment and rubbish
• A pride in tidiness and cleanliness
• Own transport
• Previous experience as a key holder
