Who are Acis Group?

We began as a social landlord providing homes in West Lindsey. Now we provide over 7,000 affordable homes across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and the Humber. Our homes include affordable rent, Shared Ownership, options for people aged 55 and over, and supported housing. We are committed to supporting our communities through wider services, including employment and education support via Riverside Training and CLIP.

This role is 8 hours per week, paying £11.44 per hour. The hours will be split as follows: Mon - Thurs 1.5 hours per day and 2 hours on Friday. We prefer a 7am start but can be flexible.

As a cleaner, your typical day might include:

• Ensuring the site is clean and ready for use
• Maintaining health and safety standards
• Locking and unlocking sites outside operational hours
• Working independently to meet standards

Requirements:

• Experience in cleaning within a corporate or customer-facing environment
• Ability to handle physical tasks, including rubbish disposal and equipment use
• Pride in tidiness and work environment
• Own transport
• Previous experience as a key holder
