Cleaning Operative – Swindon

We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in Swindon. In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering a high standard of cleaning services, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out cleaning duties in line with agreed standards, processes, and specifications.
• Take accountability for the quality of your work within your assigned areas.
• Address queries or issues promptly and effectively.
• Provide assistance as required in line with service level agreements.
• Undertake any other duties within the cleaning scope as directed by the Cleaning Supervisor.
