ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently recruiting for motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Cleaner / Cleaning Operative to join our team based in Bruntingthorpe, Lutterworth, LE17 5QS.

Job Details:

• Type: Permanent - Full Time
• Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour. Valid driving license required to access the site.
• Working Hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday (including bank holidays), from 08:00 to 16:30.
• Start Date: Immediately

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Ensure assigned areas are clean, presentable, and serviceable at all times to improve customer experience.
• Conduct yourself professionally, courteously, and in accordance with company policies, procedures, and values.
• Perform cleaning and waste collection duties within designated premises.
• This role may be physically demanding and involve lifting tasks from time to time.

• Good communication skills

Previous experience is desirable; however, full training will be provided.
