Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Cleaner/Caretaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role requires a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and clean environment, as well as the ability to engage positively with those under your care.

Duties
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of living spaces through regular commercial cleaning practices.
  • Opening of building
  • Water testing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for those in your care.
  • Monitor the health and safety of residents, reporting any concerns to relevant professionals.
  • Engage in recreational activities with residents to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the individual's condition.
Experience
  • Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others is crucial for success in this role.
