Job summary

Salford City Council is seeking a part-time cleaner to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in our facilities. The role is 13.5 hours per week, scheduled Mon–Thu 3:40pm–6:25pm and Fri 3:40pm–6:10pm, year-round, with annual leave aligned to school closures.

You will be joining a team focused on providing a clean, welcoming environment for visitors and staff, with benefits including pension, discounts, and wellbeing schemes. DBS checks are required and costs may be deducted from initial salary.

About the role

You will clean the building to a high standard ensuring that it is a pleasant environment for visitors and staff.

Duties will include cleaning, buffing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning and other general domestic cleaning duties.
