Job description

Battyeford CE (VC) Primary School is looking for a positive, enthusiastic and hard-working individual to join our team of cleaners for early morning cleaning work.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has a suitable standard of Numeracy and Literacy, as training is mandatory.
• Has experience of undertaking a range of cleaning duties.
• Has knowledge of cleaning best practices and the ability to follow instructions.
• Be approachable and able to communicate effectively whilst building relationships.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Be confident and highly motivated.
• Be flexible and able to work on own initiative.
• Be honest and act with integrity, be trustworthy and understand the need for confidentiality.
• Embrace and support the school’s ethos and values.
