Job summary

Intersurgical is recruiting a Cleaner to join our Site Services Department at our UK medical manufacturing site. You will maintain high cleanliness standards across the premises, including shared areas, toilets, offices and factory spaces.

As part of a small team you will also perform housekeeping duties in the on-site overnight accommodation building and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Prior cleaning experience is essential; experience in medical facilities is a plus.

Job description

We are looking to recruit a Cleaner to join our Site Services Department at our thriving UK medical manufacturing company. The successful candidate will help maintain high standards of cleanliness across our site, working as part of a team. Responsibilities include cleaning shared areas, toilets, offices and other areas of the factory. The role will also involve housekeeping duties within our on-site overnight accommodation building. Previous cleaning experience is essential, while experience cleaning medical facilities would be an advantage. Ultimately, the successful candidate will help ensure our buildings are kept clean and maintained to a high standard.

Essential Experience/Qualifications

• Experience as a professional cleaner
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations

Desirable Experience/Qualifications

• Chemical handling qualifications
• Experience within a medical or regulated facility would be advantageous

Hours of Work

40 hours per week

Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3.30pm
