Operam Education Group is seeking a reliable School Cleaner to join a well‑organised school in Widnes, Cheshire. The role is part‑time, afternoons from 3pm to 6pm, Monday to Friday, offering a stable routine and the chance to fit around other commitments.

The successful candidate will perform cleaning tasks across classrooms, corridors, and facilities, maintain hygiene standards, and support the school's hygiene team.

Cleaner role requirements

*** MUST be available to work Monday to Friday each week ***

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Dusting and wiping desks, tables, and surfaces
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste properly
• Cleaning and sanitising toilets, sinks, and changing areas
• Replenishing supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
• Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices, and staff rooms
• Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to get one

Additional tasks:

• Cleaning windows, doors, and glass panels
• Maintaining hygiene in dining areas or halls
• Reporting any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues
• Following health and safety and infection control procedures

The successful Cleaner will:

• Maintain high standards of hygiene
• Demonstrate reliability
