Job summary

Lyppard Grange Primary School in Worcester is hiring a Cleaner for 12.5 hours per week during term time, 3:30pm–6:00pm. This permanent post starts September 2026. Bank hours are worked in school holidays.

You will support pupils in the hall at mealtimes, supervise in classrooms during bad weather, and contribute to safeguarding and welfare in line with school policy. Applicants must be prepared for DBS and other statutory checks; post is exempt under the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment checks including enhanced DBS and other statutory checks.
• Experience supporting children in school or similar setting is desirable.
• Post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
