North Yorkshire Council is hiring two part-time cleaners for Longfield Academy Darlington. Role 1: 3.15–6.15pm (15 hrs/week), Role 2: 5:30am–7:30am (10 hrs/week). The rate is £13.28 per hour, and an Enhanced DBS is required with the cost met by the Employer.

You will join a local government cleaning team, receive full training and be part of a broad employee benefits package including a generous holiday entitlement and access to pension schemes and discounts.

We have an opportunity for you to join North Yorkshire Council working at one of our schools, Longfield Academy Darlington, where we have 2 roles available. You will be a valued member of our team who will be reliable, dependable and have a strong work ethic.

Working for NYC as a Cleaner, you will be responsible for the cleaning duties on site including dusting, vacuuming and the cleaning of sanitary fittings.

Full training will be provided.

Role 1 – The hours are between 3.15 -6.15pm totalling 15 hrs per week, over 5 days.

Role 2 – The hours are between 05:30am- 07:30am totalling 10 hrs per week, over 5 days.

For this you will be paid £13.28 per hour. No weekend work!

This post requires an Enhanced DBS, the cost of which will be met by the Employer.
