Job Title: Cleaner

Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour

Contract: Permanent

Type of Employment: Part Time

Hours: 7.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (7.15am to 8.45am) including Bank holidays

Location: Superdrug, 44-46 Montague Street, Worthing, West Sussex, England, BN11 3HB

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
  2. Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area, work schedule, and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used, following Health and Safety requirements.
  3. Complete all necessary training to perform the cleaning role effectively.
  4. Work within a team and independently, building positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
  5. Provide excellent customer service and seek continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
  1. Ability to communicate and read basic English.
  2. Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
  3. Flexible approach to the role.
  4. Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
  5. Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanor.
